From the highly covetable and customisable Ace Patch sneakers to a kids store at Marina Bay Sands, Italian fashion giant Gucci has been on a roll this year and the brand doesn’t seem to be slowing down as it has just revealed an eclectic collection of homeware items known as Gucci Decor. Yes, you can now furnish and customise your living space with the house’s most fashionable decor pieces. And the best part? You can even customise them by applying decorative details – we are sold.
Creative Director Alessandro Michele adapts the same DIY philosophy he has for clothes and shoes to his newest venture, allowing fans and customers alike to inject their own personality and creativity to their buys. The pieces in the new collection display an array of design motifs (which are familiar from Michele’s runway shows) and are inspired by his fashion collections which have been reimagined for furniture, decorative pieces and crockery. If you are as excited as we are, check out the pieces you’ll want to save up for below.
Singapore will not be carrying Gucci Decor at press time but the collection will be launched from September with a progressive global roll-out in Gucci flagship stores, online and selected stores in Milan, Paris, London, New York, Japan, Hong Kong, China, amongst others.
