Is much need to be said about the biggest annual party in Singapore? Yes, we are talking about the hotly anticipated music festival by the beach – Zoukout. The huge spectacle organised by Zouk features an exciting line-up from hottest international DJs (think Axwell & Ingrosso and Marshmello) to their very own resident Djs and even regional acts (fans of hip-hop: you guys will be thrilled to know that Higher Brothers will be making an appearance as well). Pop-up aficionados Super 0 will be embarking on a new pop-up series with the best of Singapore’s underground scene and will officially launch their new S0S series with Queen of the Quay, The Council, come 2 December. With future editions already lined up to showcase local talent across music and art, the collaborative pop-ups will take place continuously. One of the most iconic rooftop bars in Singapore Ce La Vi has partnered up with the exquisite rose-coloured champagne Dom Perignon Rose for a highly-anticipated one-of-a-kind pink party. This exquisite cabaret-themed party promises an unforgettable night with a live saxophone performance as well as themed avant-garde performances with a spectacular burlesque martini glass act taking centrestage as the clock strikes midnight. American hip-hop group Cali Swag District will be taking over the decks of Ce La Vi for a night of fun and revelry. Returning once again this Christmas, the popular Keong Saik Road party will feature pop-up booths, food stalls and a string of music performances to help you kick back and enjoy your Saturday evening. Besides EDM and hip-hop centered parties, this rock music festival is one to take note of. This one-night extravagant show will feature local iconic rock n roll bands from the 60s such Jerry & the Neufaces, The Dukes, The Silver Strings, The Easybeats, The Bee Jays and The Revival Band who are pioneer singers that have contributed to the moulding of our local music scene.
