The New Clubs In Singapore To Get On Your Radar
#1: Commas

Suntec City may not always be the go-to when considering nightlife hangout spots, but with the recent boom of clubs and bars in the area, you might want to try paying it a visit. First up on our list is Commas. Perched atop Suntec City’s Sky Garden, this new intimate club features a plush interior inspired by modern Georgian Regency styling. The club boasts an impressive list of popular DJs, including resident DJs hip-hop maestro Fvder and DJ Stanley (formerly at Butter Factory and Bang Bang).

#2: 36

If you are a fan of the Korean culture, then you seriously have to check out 36. Nestled in the heart of South Beach Quarter along Beach Road, this Korean-themed nightclub aims to blend Korean music with electro and hip-hop genres through its line-up of both local and Korean resident DJs, as well as regional and international performers. It also features a swanky interior with one of the most Instagram-worthy decors, graffiti-filled walls and neon signages that pepper the entire space.

#3: Avry

Fans of Ultra Music Festival, this is the club you have to visit. Founded by two of the members who spearhead the annual music festival together with the folks behind some of Singapore’s most famed nightspots, this 6,000-square foot nightclub and bar space features a one-of-a-kind interior that’s sure to entice party-goers. Besides its bird cage-inspired VIP booths, the club also features a Dom Perignon VIP lounge booth made out of hundreds of illuminated bottles of the French champagne.

#02-02 Millenia Walk, tel: 9111 2868

#4: Wan

So we’ve got a Korean-inspired club and now, there’s even a Hong Kong-themed nightlife establishment to party at. Known as Wan (it’s situated right below Commas so switching from one club to another is no biggy), this one-stop destination features an alfresco gastro-bar and even serves up bar bites if you prefer drinking with your pals instead of partying and dancing the night away.

#01-434 Suntec City North Wing, tel: 9171 2179

#5: D'Underground

When it comes to free-flow beer and housepours, this is definitely the place to go. Just as its name suggests, this cool establishment is tucked below ground level at International Plaza and offers free-flow booze every night from 6pm till 2.30am. Besides that, there are even bar bites, a beer pong table and other games such as pirate roulette to keep you entertained throughout the night.

#B1-00 International Building, tel: 6737 6269

#6: Peaches

We all know and love Cherry Discotheque for its kitschy interior and lineup of hip-hop and R&B DJs but a new kid on the block has just taken over the space with an all-new concept that’s sure to excite partygoers looking for some fun. While it still keeps true to its swanky decor, the new club (known as Peaches) is catered to the LGBT community and even hosts drag shows on Fridays. And of course, all are welcome.
