Dining at Stellar at 1-Altitude is a breathtaking and luxurious experience – think sweeping skylines overlooking the city’s CBD area while you’re being served a hearty, quintessential Australian meal made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. As one of Singapore’s highest gastronomical destinations, the restaurant has successfully up the ante once again by exclusively rearing and serving its own Tajima Wagyu beef (yes meat lovers, get excited). The wagyu cattle will be reared at Australia’s premium Wagyu farm known as Tiana Park, located in New South Wales to ensure freshness and quality.
Diners will now also be able to taste over 20 unique cuts from every part of the Wagyu such as the tri-tip, oyster blade and karubi cuts instead of the usual tenderloin, rib eye and strip loin which patrons are more familiar with.
The best part? The restaurant now has an a la carte three-course ($110+ per person), six-course ($130+ per person) and the Antipodes ($190+ per person) menu with some of its dishes made with the premium meat itself. From a Spicy Tajima Wagyu dish to a beautifully marbled Tajima Wagyu oyster blade with beetroot and truffle, there’s definitely something for all you meat lovers.
Here, we introduce to you five new signatures we are loving from the restaurant’s six-course menu perfect as a Father’s Day dinner treat or even a romantic date (and you’ll definitely be drooling by the end of the gallery).
Stellar at 1-Altitude’s specialty Tajima Wagyu cuts at dinner from Monday to Friday(6.30pm – 10.00pm), Saturday (6.00pm – 10.00pm) and Sunday (6.00pm – 9.00pm).
