#1: W Singapore

The Valentine’s Day special here might sound cheesy, but the experience is well worth buying into. Dubbed “I Lawn For You”, the dinner takes inspiration from glamping, and will see couples enjoying full privacy in their own tents on the hotel lawn while being served tapas and champagne ($469-$569) throughout. #2: The Summerhouse

Located in Seletar Aerospace Park, the restaurant’s farm-to-table dining concept is one that food connoisseurs will appreciate. For Valentine’s Day, specials will be served from Feb 10-12 and on Feb 14. The six-course dinner ($300++ per couple) includes wholesome fare such as buckwheat porridge, as well as beautifully plated desserts. 3 Park Lane, tel: 6262-1063. #3: Saint Pierre

Now located at One Fullerton, the restaurant boasts a more intimate setting (only 30 diners can be seated at any one time). #4: Foo'd By Davide Oldani

Italian celebrity chef Davide Oldani, who helms a one-starred Michelin restaurant in Milan, has recently opened a restaurant here. #5: Esquina

The two-storey dining establishment is inspired by Spain’s iconic colourful tapas bars. Offering an unbeatable view of the Marina Waterfront, the Italian restaurant’s Valentine’s Day five-course dinner menu ($218++ per person) offers all-European plates such as Sicilian red prawns and fettucine with duck breast ragout. #9: The Garage

Botanico sits on the mezzanine floor of the newly converted The Garage in the picturesque Botanic Gardens, and offers a six-course dinner menu ($260++/couple) that puts a spotlight on seasonal ingredients. Housed in a colonial bungalow, the restaurant boasts a scrumptious Spanish dinner menu ($250/couple) that’s available from Feb 12-14. Look forward to hearty starters and mains, including grilled Scarlet prawns, wagyu beef cheek and the Atlantic cod fish tempura. #11: Akira Back

Situaated at the recently revamped JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach, celebrity restaurant Akira Back offers innovative Japanese dishes with a Korean slant.
