Stuart Vevers, Coach’s design maestro has a knack for choosing the cutest and most adorable collaborators. One season it’s artist Gary Baseman. The next, it’s Peanuts. This time round, childhood favourite Mickey Mouse is the main subject for a collection that’s been dubbed Disney x Coach. Sketches of the cartoon charated by Disney animators dot leather bags, T-shirts and lifestyle products like coasters, bag tags and dolls. Though not overtly kiddish, items like the frame bags and shearling bean bags with Mickey ears will make you go “aawh”. Priced from $50-$3500, the pieces will be available from June 24.
