Coach has had the coolest collaborations the past few seasons. In their Spring/Summer 2020 collection, they paid homage to artist Richard Bernstein, with Bernstein’s portraits of Coach’s creative director Stuart Vever’s idols on the label’s ready-to-wear collection. And on the runway this Fall/Winter, punk legend Blondie’s Debbie Harry made a surprise performance at Coach’s show.
This time, Coach has done it again with Japanese streetwear brand BAPE. From apparel to accessories, the collection sees 42 unisex pieces. Through cheeky BAPE additions to classic emblems of Coach, the collab fuses the two identities of the brands to bring a playful touch to the latter.
Peep the signature Coach Academy backpack and BAPE’s BAPESTATM sneakers as well as the Coach “C” monogram crossed with the iconic ape head of BAPE. You can expect colours reminiscent of the Japanese fashion brand’s signature rainbow and camo print colourways. This limited edition print is spotted throughout the collection – think wallets, pullovers and leather down puffer jackets. What we’re personally loving? The BAPE x Coach collection will be dropping on Feb 22, 9 a.m. at Coach Wisma Atria, and prices will range from $175 to $3,400.
Below, all the pieces from the collab to cop come this Saturday.
