The Best Dressed Singaporeans Of The Week

by HARINEE JAYAN  /   November 27, 2017

In this weekly column, we check out the best-dressed attendees at the recent Lumine departmental store opening. This outlet, located at Clarke Quay central, is the Japanese chain’s first time overseas.

Fashion director Savina Chai proves that you can rock a trench coat even in Singapore weather.

Designer Kelly Lim donned a quirky ensemble. She layered a Joyrich t-shirt over her I Ami dress and PJ pants. Our favourite part? Her quirky net bag from Sunjellies.

image

Creative Beixin Lee looked polished even in basics. She wears a wrap top from Thetinselrack and flared pants from Taobao.

image

Who says you can’t mix masculine and feminine in your outfit? Student Clara Hong looked stylish in her Style Nanda bucket hat and oversized jacket that she paired with a flowy skirt from Editor’s Market.

image

Content creator Nina channeled goth vibes in this all-black ensemble. Best part? It’s all affordable. Her pants and boots are from Zara and her top and sunglasses are from thrift stores.

image

What we can take away from content creator Ellie Tan’s get-up? The white shirt and denim combination will always be fail-proof.

image

Business woman Sophia Chong looked sophisticated in this season’s hottest trend, plaid. We love that she tied her hair back, letting her necklace make a statement.

Events manager Jolin Chong went bold with colours, from her floral dress from Soeurs and her cobalt blue bag from Saint Laurent.

image

We love how lecturer cum Dj, Ginette Chittick mixed different textures in her get-up. She’s sported a mesh top from Hong Kong with textured pants from Lumine and a silver patent leather boots. Love.

image

Housewife Moyu mixed both high-street and high end in her get-up, her top and shorts are from H&M and her bag and sunglasses are from Gucci.

We love how model Layla Ong paired her metallic red skirt with an all-black outfit to let it truly stand out.
