Givenchy has been quiet when it comes to the collaboration game ever since its creative director Matthew Williams made his debut at the fashion house for Spring/Summer 2021. But he can’t elude the “X” factor for long.
For his first tie-up at the house for the Spring 2022 pre-collection, Williams has turned to his longtime friend. the Seattle-born Mexico-based graphic artist Chito, to embellish accessories and apparel with the latter’s signature characters in that signature airbrushed effect.

Givenchy’s designs are turned on its head for the Spring 2022 pre-collection, with the introduction of graffiti prints by Chito.
Chito’s characters like Truehearted girl and the cartoon dog Blue Moon appear as graffiti drawings on Givenchy’s designs, at once giving William’s tough-meets-kinky tailoring an added air of rebellion. Chito also created 15 investment-worthy NFTs for the outing that went on sale on OpenSea on November 23.
Here, we have curated some of our favourite Givenchy accessories featuring Chito’s works which are now available in stores and online.
