Three words: Limited edition merchandise. In case you’ve not heard, Louis Vuitton and cult Japanese streetwear studio Fragment Design will be hosting a pop-up event at Surrender @ 268 Orchard on April 22 till May 7.
It also happens to be one of the many collaborations the brand has been busy with of late. True to Fragment’s street sensibilities, the collection of ready-to-wear and accessories will bear an urban and ’90s-inflicted vibe.
To mark the occasion, the event will feature a collectible, eight-piece-strong, limited-edition range (priced between $440 and $2,860) that are not sold in any of the maison’s store in the region. The pieces include a bandana-print Hawaiian shirt and a leather-bound teddy bear.
If you still need another reason to be there, here’s another one: Fragment Design’s founder Hiroshi Fujiwara will be there as well during the opening night. Talk about a #fangirl moment.
