Give Your Home & Wardrobe A Touch Of Tropicana

Multi-label boutique Edit Lifestyle is going big with everything Brasilia with a two month-long pop-up.

by IMRAN JALAL  /   June 3, 2016

If you love fashion, your knowledge of Brazil would most likely revolve around Gisele Bundchen or Riccardo Tisci and his Favela 74 T-shirts. More recently, it might also include Nicolas Ghesquiere’s Cruise ’17 show for Louis Vuitton in Rio.

Truth is, there has never been a better time to know about Brazil. Multi-label boutique Edit Lifestyle is going big with everything Brasilia with a two month-long pop-up called Vai Brasil from June 4 to August 31. Even its name has that fist-pump quality (Vai Brasil means ‘Go Brazil’ in Portuguese).

The boutique has become a byword for some of the coolest curations from around the world, like the museum-worthy jewellery from Turkey last year. Among the goodies in store this time round? Furniture from brands like Tidelli and Ovo and beachwear from Adriana Degreas and Lenny Niemeyer. Our favourites have to be the homespun chic jewellery and homeware from brands like Nannacay and Ponto Solidario.

If bright, cheery and happy things are your cup of tea, then the colours and designs on show will be your cup of mate (the South American caffeine-infused drink).
