Fashion is on the cusp of entering a new minimalist era and you can count on Tory Burch to be in it. In particular, the American designer is infatuated with the practical chic and simplicity of American sportswear that peaked more than three decades ago for the Spring/Summer 2023 season. “This collection is personal and intuitive, drawing on my memories of the ’90s when I moved to New York,” she shares in the show notes.

In the collection, jersey bandeau mini skirts and semi-sheer skirts with lace details are effortlessly paired with wool blazers or metallic long coats. Meanwhile, cool grey, neutral pastels and shades of brown replace the usual array of bold prints and patterns that Burch is known for. The key accessory of the season is refreshingly cool in its simplicity: Skinny belts with a tiny pouch, loosely draped over skirts and jeans.
