Scroll through Macau-born, Singapore-based designer/entrepreneur Yoyo Cao‘s Instagram feed, and the only thing that will come to mind is: Why doesn’t she have more fans?

Her 189,000-strong following adore her perfectly composed flatlays and dreamy travel shots, but her most popular snaps are indisputably her OOTDs (a photo of her wearing a beret garnered over 8,000 “hearts”, while pictures of her in a tee and jeans get over 6,000). She’s also frequently lensed by streetstyle photographers outside shows, which isn’t a surprise considering how she’s regularly dressed in the trendiest separates or toting the chic-est accessories of the season. Most recently, she landed a Vogue feature outlining her deft ability to layer for humid weather.
