Every year French luxury label Louis Vuitton releases a range of travel books comprising of illustrations of the experiences and travels of various artists unfamiliar with the selected destination. Instead of big fashion cities such as Paris and New York which the brand has done previously, the fashion house has decided to explore Mexico, Hawaii and Tokyo this time round.
The entire project will feature three different artists visiting three different countries. Croatian comic book artist Esad Ribic, French comic book artist and illustrator Nicolas de Crécy and Eboy (a group of German artists consisting of Svend Smital, Steffen Sauerteig and Kai Vermehr) known for using pixel art visited Hawaii, Mexico and Tokyo respectively. Check out the books they have curated below.
The collection is now available at Louis Vuitton Island Maison at Marina Bay Sands, Ngee Ann City (# 01-20/24) and ION Orchard (#01-23/24) and are priced at $86 each.
