Vintage store Heyoka Hideout gets her pick for its handmade bags.

Shopping haunts “I frequent two places in Topanga (the West Los Angeles enclave where she lives). Heyoka Hideout is a bohemian vintage store with its own line of unique, handmade leather goods. The other is Hidden Treasures, another vintage boutique (its wide range can date as far back as the 19th century), where I always find something interesting.”

Last thing she bought  “A white fringed leather jacket from Australian label Somedays Lovin. I love it because I can throw it over a simple outfit and be ready to go.”

Her beauty guru “Beverly Hills skin specialist Sonya Dakar (reportedly a favourite among Hollywood stars for her treatments that combine homeopathic remedy, aesthetics and medical science). A visit to her clinic always makes my skin feel brand new. She also makes an amazing sunscreen that doesn’t go on white, and a convenient vitamin packet to take morning and evening for healthy skin.”

Favourite museum “I really enjoy the Getty Center, not only for its collection of photographs and European art, but also because it’s on such beautiful grounds.”

Recommended hotel “Petit Ermitage in West Hollywood is a great boutique joint with a French-Moroccan vibe. There’s a heated seawater pool on its private rooftop, which boasts amazing views, and it’s very close to the Museum of Contemporary Art at Pacific Design Center.”

Go-to eatery “Cafe Gratitude, a gourmet restaurant chain that uses 100 per cent plant-based ingredients. I always get the Humble (curry lentils over rice, spinach and sweet potatoes). You have to try it.”

Lindvall defines Ugg’s updated chic with her boho cool.

Everyday essentials “I’m always prepared for my day to change, no matter what season I’m in. To go from day to night, it’s always good to have a cashmere or silk wrap, a nice broad-brimmed hat, and warm, comfortable boots like the Samantha from Ugg (a slim knee-high style that can be folded to reveal the sheepskin lining as a trim).”

Picks from Ugg Fall 2015 “The Classic Mini Rustic Weave is a great update of the brand’s signature boot with its Southwest-inspired stitching that adds a subtle pop of colour. The Tesa, which is handcrafted in Italy, complements my personal style most with its motorcycle-inspired design and vintage finish – it’s the right blend of edge and luxury. And to go with my outdoorsy, on-the-go lifestyle, the Chaunce Rustic Weave combines comfort and style – I love the bohemian moccasin silhouette.”
