What’s more exciting than checking out luxury Italian brand Fendi’s refurbished space at Marina Bay Sands? Touring it with the brand’s mascots, that’s what. The Fendirumi, two-feet tall furry monsters affectionately called Piro-chan and Bug-kun, are inspired by Japanese Kigurimi mascots and Fendi’s quirky bag charms (namely their Qutweet and Bag Bugs).

We headed down for the store’s re-opening yesterday and asked the Fendirumi to highlight their favourite pieces from the store, such as a limited edition Fendi mini Peekaboo bag ($12,900) made of sleek green and purple leather and studded with shiny palladium embellishments.

Watch the video to find out more, and don’t miss the chance to meet them in person (from 11:30am to 4:30pm today, and from 3pm-6pm from Friday to Sunday) at the Marina Bay Sands store (#B1-22 to 25).
