“Attending a Chanel show has always been a dream of mine because I’ve seen images and footage of past shows and they’ve always intrigued me and made me hope that I would one day get to experience one for myself.
And the reality was so much more than I had expected. The show was amazing. I got to see some of my favourite models like Gigi Hadid and Kaia Gerber. I even got to meet Gigi’s mum, Yolanda, outside the show venue.
The whole collection had this youthful vibe but was still really beautiful and elegant. That’s one thing that I really like about Chanel – it moves with the times, but remains true to itself and what it stands for. There were coats and jackets that I would love to wear even if it’s not winter. The looks can all be broken down so that one can incorporate one’s own style.
Every girl wants to own something Chanel. The brand carries itself so well that no matter your age, you will want a Chanel. It has a rich history, there is something for everyone, and anyone can wear the brand. I think that’s very important.”
