Big Bang’s G-Dragon has been spotted more than once wearing Chanel’s necklaces in the past. But at the brand’s Cruise ’16 show in Seoul recently, the pretty boy did his best high-low Chanel interpretation of the latter’s costume jewellery. His accessories of choice were the brooches from the Metier d’Art Paris-Salzburg collection which he topped off with a Constellation du Lion diamond brooch. Coco-cool Factor: 3.5/5.

We can’t say for sure who started it first, but we spotted Pharell Williams in Chanel pieces around the same time as G-Dragon. Vintage sunnies, pearl necklaces, cardigans? Been there, done that. More recently, his obsession is a quilted belt with the interlocking Cs, which he has been seen in more than once, including at the CDFA Awards earlier this month. Anyone who can rock a logo belt without looking like a douchemeister gets our vote. Coco cool factor: 4/5.

His reputation as a ladies’ man is quite chart-topping. But who knew John Mayer is also into ladies watches? One particular piece from Chanel caught the singer’s eye: the 2013 Mademoiselle Prive Camelia Brode timepiece which won the watch world’s Oscars for the Artistic Crafts Watch category at the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie in 2013 for its embroidered camellia dial. Mayer, a self-confessed watch geek and collector, even convinced the folks at Chanel to customise a box for him – which he just received in February this year. After all, not many say no to Mr Mayer. Coco-cool Factor: 3/5.
