Music lovers will be glad to know that Swiss luxury watchmaker Rolex has launched a meaningful initiative to support musicians and singers affected by the ongoing pandemic. Taking its name from the Perpetual inscription found on every Rolex Oyster that embodies the maison’s unrivaled reputation and pursuit of quality and excellence – three Rolex Perpetual Music concerts will take place in Italy, Germany and France from August 21 to early Sept.

The star-studded concerts will see opening performances by Rolex ambassadors – Peruvian tenor Juan Diego Florez, Mexican tenor Rolando Villazon, and the Bulgarian-Swiss operatic soprano Sonya Yoncheva – with singers and musicians they have personally selected, who will then perform solo or in various ensembles. Established French violinist and supporter of the initiative, Renaud Capuçon, is also set to participate in the Parisian leg of the event.

The series of musical concerts will be available till the end of Oct via medici.tv.
