It’s hard to pick a favourite when browsing through the latest Bulgari Bulgari Jewellery collection, which turns 40 this year. Pieces here are modelled after the Roman empire, from their medallion-shaped designs to their vibrant green, red and blues (which pay homage to once-glorious Roman palaces like Domus Augustana and Domus Flavia, where interiors were filled with richly coloured marble).
While existing styles like the sautoir necklace have been updated with new colourways like black and white, it’s the new thick band rings with a sparkling diamond-studded centre that we predict will be a bestseller once they land in stores this September.
