Despite having the same amount of daylight to work with as the rest of us, Fiona Siew’s productivity would put many to shame. Not only is the executive director of fashion and beauty distribution business FNBC working on expanding its distribution channels in the region, she’s also pursuing a 200-hour yoga teacher training course and is part of an interest group that runs to raise awareness for charity organisations.
“Time is a gift,” says Siew. When gifted, it has to be used; you can’t keep it for later. I believe
events and people are meant to be in our lives at a certain time for a reason. Thus, the word
‘now’ is probably the most powerful word in the dictionary.”
To keep track of the present, Siew prefers timepieces that are masculine and versatile. “I
love that the Tudor Heritage Black Bay 36 comes with two straps. One in steel and another in
camouflage fabric. The latter adds a creative and fun element to every outfit and the 36mm steel
case is the perfect size for me.”
