Coco Chanel had always been known to shift the boundaries of both fashion and beauty. Her revolutionary ways also extended beyond women’s wardrobes and into the world of fragrances when she launched the Chanel N°5 in 1921.

Expect plenty of dancing in the new N°5 ad campaign when it launches on Oct 29.
To pay homage to the iconic scent, the house has launched an all-new campaign starring French movie star Marion Cotillard and directed by Johan Renck who’s behind shows like Chernobyl (2019), to reimagine its historic journey.

Cotillard’s Chanel N°5 gig marks the first time the actress has signed on to be a perfume ambassador.
So what can you expect? Expect lots of dancing, a glamorous gold lace dress, and a gigantic surrealist gold-speckled set of the moon, and a remake of Lorde’s Team as the OST to the campaign.
Here, we school you on the five things to know about the campaign which will be released in conjunction with the launch of its Chanel N°5 Holiday collection that spans all your festive beauty needs from the fragrance to a shower gel.
