Her fit: “I selected the colour and shape of my outfit to match the vibes of Silk Sonic’s (the music duo composed of Bruno Mars and Anderson.Paak) music, which is funky, soulful, and sexy. The top and bottom are from Shein, my go-to for finding the style I want and the best sizing and fit. The bag is from The Paper Bunny, and I’m wearing Converse Chuck 70 De Luxe Heel shoes.
On her love for Bruno Mars: “I grew up with his (Bruno Mars) music through my teenage years, 2010 onwards. I love his music style, but I fell for his cheeky character and charm too.”

Her fit: “I got the outerwear from the Bali airport. I was casually browsing through a gift store in the airport because I was bored and came across a selection of batik print shirts. So, I decided to get one as I seldom wear clothes with prints and wanted to try it out. The jorts are from Stakeout. I love how well this pair of jorts fits me. I have been looking for a good pair, and my friend recommended Stakeout. The reworked bag is from Tasstore. I carry it almost everywhere I go as I find this bag easy to match with many of my outfits. The headband is from Shein. My hair colour was a little too loud, so I wanted to tone it down, and I decided to go with this headband. The shoes are from Nike. Honestly, what can go wrong with black shoes?”
On her obsession for Bruno Mars: “I have quite an unhealthy obsession with Bruno Mars’s music, mainly because I’ve been following him since secondary school. I was literally desperate for his concert tickets but didn’t manage to get them despite queuing as quickly as possible on Ticketmaster. Thankfully, my friend helped me nab a few so that we could attend together.”
Her style inspo: “I take a lot of inspiration from watching TikTok and scrolling on Pinterest. I love streetwear as well as the idea of the Y2K style, hence I took some inspiration from it, such as the colours and accessories, and fused them with streetwear.”

What made her come to the Bruno Mars concert: “I’ve always wanted to go to a Bruno Mars concert because I grew up listening to him through my parents, so he has been a core memory of my childhood. Recently, I’ve been seeing so many clips online about Bruno Mars concerts, and it just looks like such a vibe to be at.”
Her style inspo: “I’m still experimenting with styles and trying to find what suits me best, so I just wear what I like for now. Personally, Conan Gray has always been such a fashion inspiration to me. I especially love his flexibility and how he can embrace a wide variety of styles, which changes with his albums, ranging from his very elegant, romantic Superache look to the retro vibe he’s going for with Found Heaven.”

His fit: “The long-sleeved shirt is from M Pplayground, and the parachute pants I got from Australia. To complement the earth theme, I also went with a brown cap and yellow sling bag.”
What made him come to Bruno Mars’ concert: “Honestly, I hadn’t planned to come, but my sister had a spare ticket, so I found some friends to go with. But no regrets; it was a great concert.”
His style staples: “I like pastel or earthy colours for the top, and for the pants, it’s usually just whatever I find most comfortable. Parachute pants are one of my favourite bottoms, though, since they can be quite cooling, especially in Singapore.”

His fit: “I’m wearing a bootleg T-shirt from Bruno Mars’ official merchandise, jorts from @arcademen, boots from Dr. Martens, a small sling bag from a Thailand brand called The Backstage, and the headscarf from Shopee is tied to my bag to add a little colour to my fit.”
What drew him to Bruno Mars’ concert: “I missed his previous concert in 2018. So I told myself I had to go this time no matter what, and his setlist includes all of my favourite songs. Hearing them was like a trip down memory lane for me.”
His inspo for his concert fit: “Comfort was the key thing that I had in mind. I wanted to wear something comfortable since I’ll be standing for hours. So I mixed and matched whatever I had in my wardrobe. ‘You’re amazing just the way you are.'”

The fit: “The shirt is from Uniqlo, the bra is from Victoria’s Secret, the pants are from Bershka, and the boots are from Charles and Keith. The idea was to look like the man on stage but with a little spice.”

What drew her to Bruno Mars’ concert: “I didn’t expect one of my favourite childhood artists to come to Singapore, and I just couldn’t miss the chance to enjoy his performance in person.”
Her style inspo: “My mum is my style inspiration as most of the clothes I wear were inherited from her, and I’ve slowly formed my own style.”

Her fit: “I am going for a retro-themed look. The bulk of my outfit is a denim jumpsuit I got from Cider, accompanied by an old Cotton On striped T-shirt that belonged to my sister. This is my go-to hairstyle for concerts since I don’t let my hair down often. Singapore’s humidity is every curly girl’s worst enemy! The bag is a gift from my friend’s wedding – it was small yet roomy, perfect for the concert. My shades are a birthday present for my sister from her friend. They are supposed to mimic the glasses worn by the anime character, Saiki-K. Lastly, I have on a pair of Nike Triple Black Air Force 1s, some rings and hoop earrings from Lovisa, a classic rectangle Casio watch with brown leather straps, and a necklace from my best friend.”
What she loves about watching Bruno Mars live: “Definitely Bruno Mars as a musician and a performer! And when I say Bruno Mars, I am referring to him, the band, the co-singers, the production, the production team, everything. He brings so much to the table that many mainstream artists don’t – the genre of music, the dancing, the drama, the swag, the musical re-arrangements of his songs. Every time I watch his performances and listen to his music, especially that of Silk Sonic and his 24K album, I am teleported to another realm, another time.”
Her style inspo: “I’d have to say women in general. I love seeing other women dress up. It is so empowering and inspiring, especially when it isn’t a conventional outfit.”
Name: Blythe Gay Min

Her fit: “I am wearing a leopard print top that I thrifted from @ahma.thrifts. Because it was a concert, I didn’t want too much layering or anything, so I just threw on some black stockings and leg warmers to help enhance the outfit. I thought the leopard print was also quite fitting for the Bruno Mars concert.”
What she’s looking forward to at Bruno Mars’ concert: “My friend and I wanted to go to the concert for the vibes and the songs.”
The inspo for her fit: “There wasn’t really a style inspiration behind it! I just really love animal print clothing and Japanese fashion, especially from the 1990s and 2000s.”

Her fit: “The top is from Alibaba. It was originally my husband’s when he bought the wrong size, so he passed it to me. My husband likes this kind of design and the texture of the material.”
What drew you to Bruno Mars’ concert:“I’ve been a fan of his since secondary school, since his first solo single song, Just The Way You Are. I love his voice, he’s a great songwriter, and not to forget, he is an amazing dancer and performer.”
Her style insp: “Absolutely Bruno, his style is easy, simple, and comfortable to wear.”
Name: Nurul Amirah Bte Ahmad
Age: 29
Occupation: Visual merchandiser
Her fit: “The dress was given to me by a friend, which I then altered to fit nicely. The boots are from Dr. Martens, and the bag is from Prada. I went for a loosely inspired Y2K look – full denim and boots. Black was my colour of choice because Itzy’s Born To Be concept is black and red. My touch of red was the lipstick.”
How long she has been a fan of Itzy: “I would consider myself a Midzy for two years, although I have been listening to their music since Wannabe (2020) came out.”
Her style inspo: “I’m heavily influenced by whatever is trending; I’d pick the style that suits my face and body type and roll with it. Monochrome fits are my go-to.”
