8 Ways To Wear The Oversized Knit Cardigan This Season

Chunky knits and slouchy fits are the way to go.

by Her World Staff  /   July 21, 2020

We wouldn’t say that the cardigan has made a comeback, simply because the practical and ultra-comfy essential never really goes out of style. But what we can’t get enough of now is the too-cool-to-care oversized cardigan.

A perfect companion to an otherwise plain ensemble, the neat knit can take you well beyond the freezing office and late-night Netflix sessions in your bedroom. And if you’re anything like Coco Chanel, who grew tired of messing up her hair while putting on tight-fitting pullovers designed for men, then there’s another reason to love the big ol’ cardi.

Opt for colourful varsity-inspired options for a sporty vibe, or earthy tones for a casual lived-in look. Here are some of our favourite oversized cardigan looks, and similar options for under $200.
